Registration of guests – rental in Spain

If you rent a private cottage or apartment in Spain, you are – according to BOJA 28, the Holiday Rental Act – required to register any guest within 24 hours of arrival.

If you want to do it yourself, there are different channels to present information: personally, by fax – If there is no police station in your area, you can also send the form by regular mail. In this case you must send two copies, one of which must be stamped and sent back to your records.

We can register guests for you.
It’s easy and cheap.
We will ensure your registration immediately.

Information we need about your guests:

Date of arrival
Full name + Place of birth and time + Gender – Male / Female
Residence address and registration no.
For foreign guests: Passport or EU identification. For Spanish guests: DNI number or driving license

Send the information to us and we’ll get it done right away. Please note that if you do not comply with this rule, you may be subject to a fine. The official form must be completed and signed by all guests over the age of 16. So you must ask your guests to send you an image of their signature that can be pasted into the official form. You can fill in the official form and send it to us – or just send the necessary information and we fill out the form for you. You will receive confirmation by email that you will save for three years.
